Uma Chemical

We’ve been set up here at Plot No. C1/1926 on Road No-19 in the Panoli GIDC for quite some time now. It’s a busy industrial area, and most days are just about managing the day-to-day operations of the chemical unit. It’s not always easy keeping up with the heat around here, but we get on with it. The guys on the floor know exactly what they’re doing with the tanks and the mixing. We aren't trying to be some massive conglomerate or anything. We just focus on getting the drums filled and making sure the trucks leave on time. Sometimes the logistics can be a bit of a headache with the traffic around GIDC, but that’s just how it goes in this part of Gujarat. We spend a lot of time checking the stocks and making sure the supplies are coming in right. It's a lot of manual work and keeping an eye on the gauges. Our office is small, just enough for some paperwork and a place to sit. It gets a bit dusty being near the road, but we keep things moving. We’ve seen other shops come and go, but we’ve stuck to our routine here in Panoli. Most people know us by now as the place on Road 19 where the work gets done without any unnecessary fuss. It's just a regular workplace where everyone puts in their hours and goes home at the end of the day.
