Spx Logistics is located inside the Uma Complex in the GIDC area of Ankleshwar. If you know Gujarat’s industrial zones, you know it’s a busy, dusty place with lots of trucks. We deal with moving things from one place to another. Our office is right in the middle of all that action. It’s not a quiet neighborhood. There is always the sound of engines and people loading things nearby. We spend our days tracking shipments and talking to drivers. It can get pretty hectic when a big delivery is late or when the weather is bad. We have desks covered in manifests and logbooks. The GIDC area is very industrial, so we fit right in with the other warehouses and workshops. We don’t spend money on fancy signs; we just have our name on the door. Our team is small, mostly just a few people who know how the roads work around here. Sometimes we have to stay late to make sure everything is accounted for. It’s a lot of coordination and making sure the trucks are on the right path. We’ve been in Ankleshwar for some time now. It’s a practical business. We don't try to make it sound more exciting than it is. It’s just logistics, moving crates and boxes so they get where they need to go. We just keep moving every single day. There is always a new shipment coming in that needs our full attention to keep things on schedule.
