Idea Cellular Ltd

We’re located in Bharuch, right across from the S.T. Workshop at Ellora Park, unit B/5. It’s a busy spot in Gujarat because of all the workshop activity and the buses coming in and out. Our office for Idea Cellular is pretty straightforward and functional. We deal with a lot of customers coming in with phone issues or wanting to change their plans to something else. It gets quite loud because of the engines and the general traffic outside on the main road. The office isn't very big, so when there are more than five people inside at once, it feels a bit crowded. We’ve got a counter where we talk to people and a back area for all the paperwork and filing. The fans are always going to try and keep the place cool, though they don't always do a great job. We don't have any high-tech decor, just the basic stuff we need to help people out. Sometimes the queues get long, and we just have to ask everyone to be patient while we figure things out. We spend a lot of time looking at account details on the screens and trying to fix connection problems. It’s honest work and we’ve been here in Bharuch for a good while now. Most of the people who come in are from the neighborhood or work at the nearby shops. We know a lot of them by name.
