Contract Supervisor In Administration Department.

We are working out of Parbhani, specifically in the Pardeshwar Nagar area. The office is actually located at a residence called "Parchai," which belongs to Suresh D Tiwari. It is a quiet residential street, so it does not feel like a big corporate office building at all. Most of the day is spent handling contracts and looking over administration files for the department. There is always a lot of paper sitting on the desks. We deal with people coming in to talk about work schedules or supervisor duties throughout the week. Parbhani is a smaller city, so news travels fast and we know most of the people we deal with on a first-name basis. It is not the kind of place where you have to wear a suit and tie every day. Most of the time, it is just about getting through the logs and making sure the contract workers are sorted out. The house is easy to find if you know the neighborhood. We do not have a big sign outside or anything like that. It is just a practical setup for managing what the department needs. Sometimes it gets a bit busy when several people show up at once with questions about their paperwork or payments. We just sit down, have some tea, and try to solve things one by one. It is a very local way of doing things. We just focus on the tasks at hand and try to keep the files organized. It is just regular work.
