You can find Pabanso Ind. Pvt. Ltd. at Bungalow Number 19 in the Nanjeevan Society. We’re right near the Gattu School in the GIDC area of Ankleshwar. It’s a bit unusual being in a bungalow for a business, but it works for us. It feels a bit more like a home than a stiff office building. We’ve got different rooms for different things, and the kitchen is where we all end up meeting for tea when things get slow. The garden outside is a bit overgrown because we don’t have much time for yard work lately. Most of our time is spent on the industrial side of things since we’re right in the GIDC zone. It’s a dusty area with a lot of trucks moving around all day, but inside the society, it’s a little quieter. We’re a small group and we’ve worked together for a long time now. We don’t have big meetings with slides and presentations. We just sit around a wooden table and talk about what needs to get done for the day. Sometimes the printer jams or the phone line goes fuzzy, but we just deal with it and move on. We aren’t trying to impress anyone with a fancy setup or a polished lobby. We just want to do our work properly and get home to our families in the evening. It’s a simple life and a simple business, and that’s how we like it best.
