We’ve been here at Plot No. 3709-6 in the Industrial Estate for quite some time now. It’s right near the telephone exchange, so it’s easy for the trucks to find us when they come for pickups. We do various manufacturing work here. The floor is usually pretty busy with the machines running most of the day. It gets noisy, but that is just how it is when you are making things. We have a small team of guys who have been with us for years. They know exactly how the equipment works and how to fix things when they break down, which happens more often than I’d like. It’s not a fancy office or anything like that. Just a solid workspace where we get the job done. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we have to wait a bit, but we always manage to catch up on the orders. People around here know us as the place that just keeps moving. We don't spend much time on decorations. Most of our space is taken up by raw materials and the finished products waiting to be loaded onto the lorries. It is a lot of hard work, especially when the weather is hot, but we like the routine. The industrial estate has a lot of businesses, but we just focus on what is happening inside our own gate. We don't really do big meetings, we just talk about what needs doing over tea in the morning and then get to it.
