Chandan Industries

Our workshop is right near the Pci Chokdi at Plot No. 3422 and 3423 in the Gidc Estate. It’s a busy intersection, so there is always noise from the traffic and the other businesses nearby. At Chandan Industries, we mostly focus on manufacturing and fabrication. We have a lot of heavy machinery that takes up most of the floor space. It’s a bit of a maze inside with all the materials stacked up, but we know where everything is. The work is loud and can be pretty tiring, but there’s a sense of satisfaction in finishing a big order. We don’t use any fancy management techniques; we just talk to each other and get the work done. If there’s a problem, we fix it right there on the spot. Most of us have been working together for a long time, so we don’t need to say much to know what needs to happen next. We deal with a lot of local suppliers and customers who just drop by to see how their orders are coming along. We don’t have a website that we update or anything like that. Most people just know our name from word of mouth or seeing our gate as they drive through the estate. It’s a practical, no-nonsense environment where the work speaks for itself, and that is usually more than enough for us and our clients who know us well.
