Vasudev Dyes Chemicals is over at Plot No. 6006-1-A, near the K. A. Male Rokadia Cross Road. It’s a busy intersection and there’s always something going on outside. We work with dyes and various chemicals here. It’s the kind of job where you go home with stained hands every day. We’ve been at this location for years, and most people around the crossroad know where we are. We don't have a big sign or a fancy lobby. If you need us, you just come to the gate. The chemicals are stored in the back, and we spend most of our time mixing and testing batches. It’s not a glamorous life, but it’s what we do. We don't use a lot of fancy business talk. We just focus on the pH levels and the color consistency. The building is old and has some character, or maybe it’s just worn out, but it works for us. We deal with suppliers and truckers all day. Sometimes the traffic at the crossroad makes deliveries a bit late, but we just deal with it. It’s just a small team of us here. We keep it simple and just do the work that needs doing. We’ve seen many businesses come and go at the crossroad, but we just keep mixing our colors and filling our jugs until the day is done. It’s hard work, but it’s what we know best.
