We don't have any big corporate goals or mission statements pinned to the wall. We just want to make sure the colors we produce are what they’re supposed to be. The area around Plot 1507 is usually loud with the sound of other businesses, which we’ve grown to appreciate. It means people are working. Our team is small, just a few of us who know the process inside and out. We don't need a lot of supervision. We just get on with it. Sometimes the gate squeaks or the roof leaks a little when it pours, but we fix things as we go. It’s a very local, very real way to run a business.
