Technochem Manufacturing Co. is over at Plot No. 431. It’s a solid, old building where we make things every single day. Chemical manufacturing is our focus. It involves a lot of watching gauges and checking barrels to make sure everything is right. We aren't a giant factory, just a decent-sized one that works for us. The staff is mostly local guys who live just a short walk away. A routine has been in place that worked for years. The morning starts with a quick check of all the machinery. Then we get everything going. It can get pretty hot in the summer months, but we just deal with it and keep moving. No fancy lobby or a reception area with a secretary exists here. If you come to see us, you’ll probably find us right on the production floor. That is how we like it. It keeps us close to what is actually happening. We’ve been at Plot 431 for many years now. We’ve seen other companies come and go from the area, but we have stayed put. Our equipment is a bit older, but it works perfectly fine for what we need. Maintaining it ourselves is what we do most of the time. There is a real sense of pride in making something from scratch. Big words don't describe what we do. Making chemicals and selling them to people who need them for their own work is the whole story. We show up and we work.
