Swastik Industries

Swastik Industries is spread across two plots, C-1-7100 and 7101. Having that extra space helps when we have a lot of material coming in at once. It’s an industrial area, so there’s always noise and the smell of grease and metal. We have a small crew of workers who have been with us through thick and thin. We start early, usually before the sun gets too high, to get a head start on the day’s production. The machines are old but they work fine as long as we keep them oiled and maintained. You won’t find any shiny lobbies or receptionists here. If you walk in, you’re likely to see someone in blue overalls carrying a heavy part or checking a gauge. We do our own loading and unloading most days. The paperwork is piled up on the supervisor's desk, mostly just shipping notes and invoices. It’s a very practical environment. We don’t have much time for talking unless it’s about the job at hand. When the rain comes, the roof leaks a little in the corner, but we just move the stuff out of the way. It’s a real place with real problems and real work. We just take it one day at a time, making sure the gates are locked at night and everything is ready for the next morning. It’s just how we do things at our plots. We don't see any reason to make it sound more complicated than that.
