Over at Plot No. 3455, that’s where you’ll find Sun Smit Dye-Chem Pvt. Ltd. We’ve been running this place for a while now, focusing on dyes and chemicals. It’s a dusty job sometimes, but someone has to do it. The building isn't brand new, but it serves its purpose well. We have our vats and mixing stations set up in the main area. Most of the guys here have been working with colors for years, so they know exactly how things should look. We don't have a lot of corporate rules; we just expect everyone to do their part and keep the place safe. The morning starts with checking the orders and getting the mixers warmed up. It can get quite hot in the summer, especially near the machinery, but we have some fans going. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there; we just want to do right by the people who buy from us. Our plot is a bit tucked away, but it’s a good spot for us. There’s always a few stacks of bags waiting to be moved and the floor usually has a bit of color on it from the day's work. It’s a practical, no-nonsense kind of workplace. We just get on with it and go home tired at the end of the shift, knowing we did what we needed to do.
