Shayona Intermediates Ltd. is based at Plot No. 7406. It’s a busy place where we deal with chemical intermediates. This basically means we make the stuff that other factories use to create their finished products. It’s a lot of technical work, but we don't talk about it in a fancy way. We just keep an eye on the reactors and the tanks all day. Checking gauges and making sure the temperatures are right is a big part of the job. Our team is a mix of people who have been here for years and some newer faces. We don’t have a big office or a front desk. If you show up, you just find someone in the yard. There’s always trucks coming in with raw materials, so the loading area stays pretty packed. We try to keep the machines in good shape so we don't have to stop production unexpectedly. It’s not a flashy job, but it’s what we are good at. The industrial area around us is usually noisy, but we have our own rhythm that we follow every single day. We don't bother with marketing or advertisements much. Most people we work with already know where we are and what we do. We just focus on getting the batches done and making sure everything is handled safely. It’s a long day sometimes, but we just keep at it until the work is finished.
