You can find Shaikh Brothers Chem-Industries at Plot No. 8 in the Old Colony Shopping Center on Valia Road. It might seem like a strange place for a chemical-related business, but it works for us. The space is a bit cramped, especially when we have a lot of containers moving in and out. We’ve been here long enough that all the neighbors know the sounds of our work. Valia Road stays busy with traffic, so there is always a backdrop of horns and engines. Inside, things are organized in a way that only we really understand. It is a mix of various supplies, barrels, and the gear we use to process things. We aren't a massive corporation with a fancy lobby. Usually, if someone comes to see us, they just walk right into the work area. We spend a lot of time checking labels and making sure everything is stored where it should be. The office is just a small desk in the corner piled with papers and old ledgers. We aren't really interested in looking polished or professional in the corporate sense. We just want to get the orders right and move on to the next one. It’s a family-style environment where we all know each other’s habits. We keep things moving and try to stay out of the way of the shoppers in the nearby stores while we load the delivery vans.
