Sagar Chemicals

Sagar Chemicals is located right over at Plot No. 7415, just near the Sagar Crossing. It is a busy spot. Most days you will find us moving blue plastic drums around or checking on the inventory lists. We have been here for a good number of years and the building has seen better days, but it works for what we do. The chemicals we handle are part of our daily life now. We know the smells and how to handle everything safely without making a big deal out of it. It gets quite dusty around the crossing especially when the trucks go by in the afternoon. Our team is small, just a handful of local guys who know their way around a warehouse. We don’t have fancy offices or a big reception area with air conditioning. There is a small desk where we keep the records and a telephone that rings more often than we expect. Most of our neighbors know us by name. We usually start the day early before the sun gets too hot and try to get the heavy loading done first. Sometimes things get a bit disorganized when multiple orders come in at once, but we manage to get through it. It is just honest work in a part of town that stays busy from morning till night. We keep the gates open most of the time so people can find us easily. Sometimes we sit outside on the plastic chairs during lunch and just watch the traffic.
