Regoj Chemical Industries

Regoj Chemical Industries is located at Plot No. 6702, which is right near the Hoechst Chowkdi. If you are from around here, you know the Chowkdi is a major landmark for everyone in the industrial zone. It makes it easy for people to find us. Working with chemicals means we have to be pretty careful and methodical about how we spend our time at the plot. The building itself is a standard industrial structure, nothing too fancy to look at from the outside. Inside, it is all about the drums and the mixing and the storage. We have a few long-term employees who have been here since the early days. The atmosphere is quiet but busy. We don't do much in the way of advertising; most people know us just because we’ve been sitting here at 6702 for so long. The traffic around Hoechst Chowkdi can get a bit backed up during shift changes, so we usually try to time our departures to avoid the worst of it. It’s a hot part of the state, and the summers can be a real grind, but the fans keep the air moving inside the plant. We don't have a big human resources department or anything like that. If there is a problem, we just talk it out on the floor. It is a very direct way of working. We just focus on the chemicals and making sure the orders are filled properly every single day.
