We are based at Plot No. 2303-A. We work with chemicals, so we spend most of our time around tanks and mixing equipment. It’s a practical setup. We don't have anything that isn't necessary for the job. The building has been here for a long time and you can see the age in some of the corners. We have a handful of workers who know the process inside and out. It can get a bit hot and the smells are quite strong, but you get used to it after a few days. We don't have any big corporate goals. We just take the orders that come in and make sure the drums are filled and ready for the trucks. Sometimes the orders are small and other times they are quite large, so we have to be flexible. The office is just a tiny room with a desk and a couple of chairs. We mostly use it for keeping the logs and talking to the drivers. We don’t really do any advertising. Word of mouth seems to work okay for us. In the afternoons, we usually take a break for tea and just sit by the door to get some fresh air. It’s a simple way of doing things. We just want to get the work done right so we don't have any trouble. That’s really all there is to it. We keep things moving and try not to overcomplicate our day.
