We’ve been here at Plot No. 5219 and 5220 for quite a while now. It’s a busy spot and honestly, some days are just a lot of noise and moving parts. Plastocon Industries Pvt. Ltd. isn't some fancy glass building you see in the movies. It’s just us working through the daily tasks. The yard gets a bit dusty when the wind picks up, and sometimes the gate squeaks, but we get the job done. We started out with just a few hands and now there’s more of us, but the feeling is still the same. You walk in and see the same faces every morning. We drink our tea by the side entrance and talk about the weather or whatever is going on in the neighborhood. It’s mostly just about keeping the machines running and making sure the orders go out without too much trouble. We don't spend much time on fancy decorations or anything like that. The floors are concrete and they show the wear and tear of the years. It’s a practical place for practical work. Some people might find the industrial area a bit dull, but to us, it’s just where we spend our days. We know which tiles are loose and which light switch needs a little extra push to stay on. It's just a regular workplace where people show up, do their bit, and go home to their families. We like it that way.
