Being at Plot No. 1701 keeps us busy. J. P. Extrusiontech Pvt. Ltd. is basically just a group of us working with machines all day. It gets noisy in here because the equipment is always running. We don't have a big fancy office, just some desks near the back. Most of the space is taken up by the production lines. Working with extrusion stuff means you’re always checking settings and making sure the plastic or whatever we're running comes out right. It’s repetitive, but you have to pay attention. Sometimes the machines act up and we have to spend half a day fixing a sensor or a belt. It’s just part of the job. We eat lunch together when we can find a quiet minute. Plot No. 1701 has been our home for a good bit now. We know the neighbors, mostly just saying hello when we're loading trucks. It's a lot of manual work and monitoring. We don't use big words to describe what we do. We just make things. If you walked in, you'd see tools laying around and probably hear a lot of humming from the motors. We stay until the shift is done. It's a steady life here. We don't change much, just keep the machines going. That’s how we operate J. P. Extrusiontech Pvt. Ltd. day in and day out. It is a simple existence but we like the work well enough.
