You can find Navdurga Dyes Chemicals at Plot No. C1B 414. It’s just a standard industrial plot. We focus on dyes and chemicals, mostly just getting the mixing and packing done right. The floor is usually stained with different colors because that’s just the nature of the business. We don't have a big marketing team or anyone like that. It’s mostly just me and a couple of guys handling the daily tasks. We wake up early to beat the traffic. The gate gets stuck sometimes if you don't pull it just right. Inside, it’s mostly shelves of containers and the mixing vats. We’ve seen a lot of businesses come and go in this area, but we’ve managed to stay put at 414. It’s not a quiet place because the neighboring units have their own machines going all day. Sometimes we talk to the guys next door during the breaks. The office is small, just a table and a couple of chairs. We keep our records in old ledgers and a basic computer. It’s a lot of repetitive work, but it keeps us busy. We don't promise anything crazy, we just do what we know. The sun hits the front of the building hard in the afternoon. We usually close up around six or seven depending on the workload. We have some old posters on the wall that have been there since we opened. It’s just a regular workplace.
