Our place is over at Plot No. 1107-1, 2. It’s a bit of a spread compared to some of the smaller units nearby. At Narayan Organics Pvt. Ltd., things are mostly about the process. We have a lot of tanks and pipes that need constant watching. It’s not a quiet environment by any means. There’s always a hum of some motor or a pump running somewhere in the background. We spend a lot of time checking gauges and writing down numbers on clipboards. The staff here is a mix of younger guys and a few older ones who have seen the company grow from a smaller setup. We don't have any fancy lounge or anything like that for visitors. If someone comes by, they usually just pull up a plastic chair in the main office area. The floor is usually a bit stained from years of work, but we try to keep the equipment clean. Most of our days are spent coordinating with suppliers and making sure the raw materials are arriving as they should. Logistics is the biggest part of the job, really. It’s about making sure the trucks are loaded properly before they head out on the highway. We’ve had some long nights when things go wrong with a machine, but that’s just how it goes in this line of work. We aren't trying to be anything we aren't; we're just a local business keeping things moving.
