Madhav Chemical Industries

Our place, Madhav Chemical Industries, is located right at Plot No. 3450/b. It's easy to find because we're directly opposite Bayer Ltd, which is a big landmark around here. Working with chemicals means we have to stay pretty focused on what's in the tanks. We’ve got a small crew that handles the mixing and the packing. It’s not the kind of job where you wear a suit. Most of us are in boots and work clothes all day. The yard gets a bit crowded when the raw materials arrive, and sometimes we have to shuffle things around to make space. It’s a busy spot. We’ve been operating out of this unit for a while, and the routine hasn’t changed much. We start the pumps in the morning and keep an eye on the gauges. If something needs fixing, we usually handle it ourselves unless it’s something really big. Being across from a large company like Bayer means there’s always traffic on the road, so we try to get our loading done before the afternoon rush. It’s a practical setup. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything. It’s just us doing the work, making sure the batches are right, and keeping the place running as best as we can. It’s steady work and we like the location. It is what it is, just a chemical plant doing its daily business.
