Laboris Chemicals

Laboris Chemicals is located at Plot No. 6834 and we have been here through many different seasons. The building is a sturdy one but it shows its age in the cracks on the driveway and the way the heavy door squeaks every time someone walks in. Inside it smells like wet concrete and whatever we are processing that day. We keep a lot of our supplies stacked high on pallets toward the back where it stays a bit darker and cooler. Most of our work involves moving containers and checking labels to make sure everything is where it belongs. It’s a lot of physical labor and we all go home with tired backs at the end of the shift. The paperwork side of things happens on a wooden table that has been in the family for decades. We don't use much technology besides the basics needed for billing and keeping track of the inventory. Sometimes a stray dog will wander into the yard looking for shade and we don't mind much as long as it stays out of the way of the forklift. Being at Plot 6834 means we are part of a tight-knit group of businesses. We know the guys across the street and we often borrow tools or help each other out when a truck gets stuck in the mud during the monsoon. It’s a simple way of living and working.
