L. M. Pvt. Chemicals

Our place is over at Plot No. 4706-6, right across from the New Rallis Ltd. plant. If you know that area, you know it’s pretty much all industrial activity from sunrise to sunset. We deal with chemicals at L. M. Pvt. Chemicals, so the daily routine is mostly about drums, safety checks, and making sure the storage is handled right. It’s a very practical setup. There’s no big lobby or anything like that here to greet people. Just the gate, the yard, and the main building where we do the work. The guys usually start their shift before the sun gets too hot to handle. Dealing with chemicals means you can't really rush things, so we take our time with the mixing and the packing process. Sometimes the trucks get backed up on the road outside, especially with New Rallis being right there, but we’re used to the noise by now. It’s just the way this part of the GIDC is. We keep the inventory on some old metal shelving that has seen better days, but it’s still sturdy enough. We don't really do much in the way of big corporate meetings. Most of our talking happens on the floor while we’re moving things around. It’s a lot of manual labor and keeping a close eye on the gauges. We’ve been here long enough that the neighbors know us by name, which is nice. We just try to get the orders filled.
