Our workshop, Jay Yogeshwar Eng. Services, is situated at Plot No. 5207. We’ve been operating from this location for quite a few years now. The space is mostly filled with engineering tools, welding sets, and heavy worktables. It’s a very practical environment where the focus is entirely on fixing things or making new parts. We don't have a showroom or a fancy entrance. If you come by, you’ll probably find us with grease on our hands and busy with a machine. The plot number 5207 is easy to spot once you are in the right industrial sector. We have a lot of metal stock piled up near the back, waiting to be used. The noise can be a bit much sometimes when the grinders are going, but that is just the sound of work being done. We share our plot area with another business, so there is always someone around. We don't spend time on writing long missions or visions. We just take the jobs as they come and try to do a solid job on them. The small office we have is just a desk with a lot of papers and an old computer for the accounts. It’s a bit messy, but it works for us. We’ve built a life around this plot, and we know most of the people who work in the surrounding units. It’s a simple, hardworking life in the industrial zone.
