You can find us at Plot No. 3801/2. We work in the organics and chemical sector, which basically means our days are filled with drums, pipes, and tanks. It is a very hands-on job. The plot isn't huge, so we have to be very smart about how we use the space. We have a lot of piping that runs across the ceiling and walls to move liquids around. It can get quite hot in the summer months, and the smell of the various compounds is always present in the air. We have a small crew of workers who are used to the environment. They know which valves to turn and how to handle the materials safely. We don't have a receptionist or a lobby for guests. If someone comes to see us, they usually just find us out in the yard or near the reaction vessels. We do our own maintenance most of the time, so you might see someone with a wrench fixing a leak or painting a tank to keep it from rusting. It is just the way we operate. There are no big speeches here about the future. We just look at what orders we have for the week and try to get them processed without any spills or delays. It’s a gritty, practical place to work, and we are proud of the effort we put in every day to keep things going. We just do the work.
