Ghanshyam Chemicals

At Ghanshyam Chemicals, we spend most of our time at Plot No. 7401. It’s a standard chemical unit where you’ll see plenty of blue drums and metal pipes. Working here means we have to be careful and pay attention to every detail. It’s not the kind of place where you can just drift off. We have a regular routine for mixing things and moving them into storage. Sometimes the air smells a bit sharp, but we’ve been here so long we hardly even notice it anymore. We aren’t a giant company with thousands of staff. It’s just a small, dedicated group that knows how to handle the processes. The plot is quite large, so we end up doing a lot of walking between the storage sheds and the production floor. Our office is just a small room near the gate with some files and an old computer. We don’t really do any marketing or fancy outreach. Most of our orders come from people we’ve known for a long time. They know where we are at 7401 and they just call us up. We try to keep the yard tidy, but it's an industrial site, so there’s always a bit of dust or mess. During the rainy season, things get a little slow because of the mud, but we keep the work going regardless. It’s just a normal way of life for us here and we don't expect it to change.
