Geecee Ventures Ltd.

Geecee Ventures Ltd. is set up at Plot No. 7201-12-13. It’s a large site because we need the space for all the different things we have going on. When you walk through the gate, you see a long row of industrial sheds. Some of them are for storage and others are for the actual work. It can be a bit confusing for new drivers, so we have someone usually standing near the entrance to point them to the right dock. The yard is mostly dirt and gravel, which turns into a bit of a mess during the rainy season. Inside, it’s all business. We have big fans on the walls to help with the air, but it’s still pretty warm most of the time. The crew here is a mix of young guys and some who have been here since the place opened. We don’t do a lot of talking during the shift because the machines are loud and everyone is focused on what they’re doing. We take our breaks together under a small porch we built. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s steady. We don't have a marketing team or a fancy website that someone updates every day. We just focus on the orders we have for the week. The gate gets locked at seven every evening, and we all head home. It’s just a regular industrial operation where we value showing up on time.
