Down in Phase-6 at Plot No. 6214-6216, that’s where you’ll find Basf India Ltd. It’s a fairly large space since we cover a few plots joined together. It’s always busy around here. Most days are filled with logistics and making sure the production side isn't hitting any major snags. We aren't really the type of people to put out big brochures about ourselves. We just do the work we are paid for. The site is mostly warehouses and some processing units. It’s not exactly a pretty place, but it’s where we get things done. We’ve been in this part of Phase-6 for a long time now. You see the same faces every morning at the security gate. We deal with a lot of different industrial materials throughout the week. Sometimes the logistics of handling multiple plots can be a bit of a juggle, but we’ve got a rhythm down. The office is tucked away in one corner of the building. It’s mostly filled with stacks of files and old metal desks. We prefer it that way. No one here is trying to impress anyone with a fancy suit or expensive shoes. We wear what’s practical for the warehouse floor. If you’re driving through the industrial estate, you can’t really miss the big sign near 6214. We just keep our heads down and focus on the daily tasks. It’s a solid place to work. We’ve seen the area change, but we’re still here.
