Ankleshwar is a huge industrial area, and we are tucked away in the Gidc section at units 4613 and 4614. Chemi Plant Engineering Company is where we spend our days. As the name suggests, we work on things related to chemical plants, like tanks and piping systems. It’s a big site, so we have plenty of room for the larger equipment. The Gidc is always humming with activity, and there’s always a faint smell of chemicals in the air. We’ve been here for years, so we’ve seen the whole area grow. Our workshop is full of tools and heavy machinery. We don't have a polished front office. Most of the time, we are out on the floor or visiting client sites to see how the installations are going. It’s tough work, especially in the heat, but we’ve got a good team that doesn't complain much. We don't use fancy jargon or try to sound bigger than we are. We just provide engineering support for the plants around here. Sometimes we take on custom jobs that require a bit more thinking. It’s a steady life in the industrial heart of the region. We focus on getting the welding and the seals right so everything stays safe. There’s no magic to it, just keeping a close eye on the gauges and the joints. It’s a long day, but it feels good to finish a project. We usually close up late.
