Accor (Novotel)

My name is G.N.V. Chaitanya and I am associated with Accor and the Novotel brand here in Kaikalur. My office is located at the Osuman Textal Complex, which is right on the Main Road. It is a very easy place to find because the complex is a well-known landmark in this town. I handle various tasks related to the hotel business. Even though Accor is a big international company, our daily work here is very local and practical. I spend a lot of my time on the phone or responding to messages about bookings and services. The office in the Osuman Textal Complex is just a regular room with a desk and some filing cabinets. It can get a bit dusty because of all the trucks and cars passing by on the Main Road, but that is just part of living in Kaikalur. I usually start my day early and check what needs to be handled first. I don't have a big team helping me, so I do most of the work myself. Sometimes I have to travel to see other sites, but I am usually here. The building is a bit old and the stairs are steep. I know most of the other people who work in the complex. We all just try to get through our workday and do a good job. It is a straightforward role and I enjoy the routine of it all.
