The company, which we just call "The," is located in Paderu within the Vishakhapatnam district. We are based out of Teacher Quarters No: 02, near the I.T.D.A. office. This is a very specific part of Andhra Pradesh, way up in the hilly areas. It is a small place, and everyone around here knows where the teacher quarters are. We share the space with the local community, and it is a very down-to-earth environment. My father, Satyanarayana Murthy, is well known here, and that is how many people find us. We do not have a fancy office building or a big sign outside. It is just a room where we get our work done. Being near the I.T.D.A. means there is always some activity going on nearby. We spend our time helping folks with various tasks and just being part of the local life in Paderu. The weather can be a bit different up here in the hills, but we like it. We do not use any marketing tricks or corporate talk. We are just people living and working in a small town. Most of our day is spent talking to neighbors and visitors. We just keep things simple and try to be useful to the people who come to our door. It is a quiet way to run a business, but it works for us. We are just happy to be here and doing what we can for the people around us.
