Ihm

We are the Ihm team located out in the Prakasam District of Andhra Pradesh. It is a bit of a spread-out area, and we are right in the middle of it. Our building is not anything special to look at, just a functional space where we handle our daily routines. The dust from the roads often finds its way inside, so we are always cleaning off the desks. We do not have a lot of the fancy equipment you might find in the big city offices. Most of what we do involves manual work and keeping track of things in big ledger books. The local climate is quite dry, and the sun is really strong in the afternoons. We have a few fans that hum all day long to keep us cool. It is a small group of us working here. We know the local farmers and the people from the nearby villages who stop by. We do not use much corporate talk because it does not really fit our life here. We just try to be helpful and get our tasks finished before it gets dark. Sometimes the power goes out, and we just sit and talk until it comes back on. It is a slow pace of life compared to other places, but we are used to it. We take pride in just doing the work that needs to be done without making a big scene or shouting about it.
