We are located in Ongole, which is in the Prakasam district of Andhra Pradesh. You can find us on KP Road, sharing space with Balaji Traders. Our door number is 45-1-4/1. It is a very local setup. P. Siva Rama Krishna is the person usually handling things here. The area is quite busy with a lot of traders and shops nearby. It gets very hot in this part of the country, so we always have the fans running. Our office is not a grand government building, even though we work with tourism development. It is just a simple room with some chairs and a desk. We have posters of different tourist spots on the walls to give people ideas. Most of our day is spent talking to visitors or answering the phone. We do not have any polished speeches or corporate brochures. We just tell people what we know about the local sights and how to get there. KP Road is always full of noise from the traffic and the markets. It is a lively place to work. We have been here for a long time and everyone in the area knows where Balaji Traders is. We are just regular people helping travelers find their way around the state. It is a straightforward job and we do not try to make it more complicated than it really is.
