In Anantapur, we are situated over in Srinagar, specifically at 6-5-667 in the SBI Colony. It is a decent area to work in, and having the bank colony nearby makes the office quite easy for people to find. The weather here in Anantapur can get incredibly hot during the summer months, so we spend a lot of our time making sure the office stays as cool as we can get it. This location for Prism Cement is where we manage the local distribution and keep track of who needs supplies. It isn't a massive warehouse, just a functional and simple space for the staff to get their work done. We have a few desks and some chairs for when visitors stop by, though it is mostly just us working through our daily tasks. The streets around the colony are usually a bit quieter than the main market areas, which is a nice change of pace. We spend our time talking to various contractors and checking on the supply lines. There is always something to do, whether it is filing local reports or answering the phone. We don't use any complicated or high-tech systems, just regular folders and basic computers. Most of the people working here have lived in this part of town for years, so we know the local roads and shortcuts very well. It helps when we need to give directions to the truck drivers.
