Penna Cement Industries Ltd.

Our facility, Penna Cement Industries Ltd., is located at Plot No-C225 in Taripatri. We are right near the Ultra Tech plant, so this entire area is very heavily focused on cement and construction materials. It’s a dusty place to work, and the heat in Taripatri can be quite intense during the summer months. There are always trucks lined up to be loaded, and the sound of the machinery is something you hear from morning until night. We don't have a polished office building; most of our work happens out on the plot or in the loading bays. It’s a very practical environment where we focus on moving large quantities of cement to different parts of the region. We have a lot of workers who handle the heavy lifting and the logistics of getting the trucks in and out safely. We don't use any fancy language to describe ourselves because the work is very basic and physical. We have our routines for each shift and we stick to them to make sure things run smoothly. Being in an industrial hub like this means there is always a lot of competition and activity around us. We just focus on our own tasks and make sure the deliveries are handled as they should be. It’s a tough job in a hot environment, but it’s a necessary part of the building industry here and we take it seriously.
