We have our office at J-134 on the ground floor in Kirti Nagar. If you know New Delhi, you know Kirti Nagar is famous for all the furniture shops, but we are tucked away doing our own thing with travel. Being on the ground floor makes it easy for people to just wander in when they are thinking about taking a trip. Spring Travels Pvt. Ltd has been around this area for a good bit now. It is a simple office with some maps on the wall and a few desks where we talk to people about where they want to go. We don't use any of those fancy slogans. We just sit down with a calendar and a computer and try to find a way to get people from one place to another. The traffic outside in Kirti Nagar can be a real headache, but inside it is usually just the sound of the phones and us typing. We deal with all sorts of travelers, some who know exactly what they want and others who are a bit lost. We just take it as it comes. It's a lot of checking dates and prices and making sure the names are spelled right on the tickets. We stay until the evening most days because that’s when people finish work and stop by. It’s just a regular small business life in the city, nothing more to it than that.
