Spaghetti Kitchen(Italian Cuisine)

If you are looking for us, we are located at 138 D in Munirka. We are up on the 4th floor which is a bit of a climb but the space is good once you get there. This is New Delhi 110067 and it is a pretty crowded neighborhood with lots of students and workers around. We focus on Italian cuisine, mostly things like spaghetti and pasta dishes at Spaghetti Kitchen. It is not a five-star restaurant with white tablecloths and fancy waiters. We just cook food that tastes like it should. The kitchen is always busy and it gets quite hot with the stoves going all day long. We have some tables for people to sit but many people just take their food to go. Being on the 4th floor means we don't get a lot of random people walking in from the street. Most of our customers come because they heard the food is good or they live in the building. We spend a lot of time chopping vegetables and making sauces from scratch. It is a lot of hard work and the floor gets messy sometimes during the rush. We don't use any fancy marketing terms to describe our food. It is just pasta and sauce made by people who know how to cook. The delivery guys are always running up and down the stairs to get the orders out. It is a hectic place but we enjoy the chaos.
