Jyothi Brass Metal Works

We are situated at 5-79-A, right on the Engg. College Road in Chimmanya Nager. Being so close to the college means there are always students walking by, which gives the area a bit of energy. Our workshop is mostly focused on brass work, and it’s a trade we’ve been doing for a long time. The smell of molten metal and the sound of polishing machines is just part of our daily life. It’s not a large factory, just a local workshop where we take things one order at a time. The shelves are lined with various brass items, some finished and some still waiting for a bit more work. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything like that. People find us because they’ve lived in Chimmanya Nager for years and know we are here. The floor is usually covered in some shavings, and the walls are a bit darkened by the heat of the forge. We have a small crew, and we mostly look out for each other. Sometimes work gets backed up when we have a lot of custom orders, but we don’t like to rush things and get them wrong. We drink our coffee in the small shade outside the main door. It’s a humble setup, but it’s ours, and we’ve been making a living here without much complaint for a long time. It suits us.
