Ambhaji Durga Agriculture Farmer Producer Company Limited

Started working out of the Shivareddybuilding in Konapalli village lately. Chintamani Taluk is where most of us grew up and it's mostly farming around here. Ambhaji Durga Agriculture Farmer Producer Company Limited was put together because we all do the same thing every day. We spend a lot of time in the fields and then come back to the building to talk about what needs doing next. It’s not a big fancy office or anything, just a place for us to keep things organized. Usually, the mornings are quite busy with people coming in from the village to see what seeds are available or to talk about the weather. It rains sometimes when we don't want it to, and other times it's too dry, but that's how it goes in agriculture. We have a few desks and some chairs. Most of the time we are out on the dirt roads. The building is easy to find if you know Konapalli. People here know each other well so news travels fast. We don't have a lot of workers, just a few of us trying to keep the records straight. It’s hard work and the days are long, but we’re used to it. Sometimes the power goes out but we just keep going. It’s just how it is for a small group like ours. We mostly deal with what the local farmers bring in and try to figure out the best way to move things along.
