Wood Crafts.

Our shop is located at Kashthi 1 in the Kalpana Society over in Vitthal Udyog Nagar. It’s a bit of a different setup being in a society, but it works for us at Wood Crafts. We have been in this area for quite some time, and the neighbors all know us by now. It’s not a massive industrial unit, more of a local workshop where we can focus on the details of what we are making. Vitthal Udyog Nagar is full of these kinds of small businesses, so we feel right at home here. The space is usually filled with the smell of sawdust and the sound of machines running. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that, it's just a few of us who know how to handle the wood and the tools. We take in the raw materials and spend our hours turning them into whatever has been ordered. It’s a lot of manual labor, and our hands are usually pretty rough by the end of the week. We keep the place as organized as we can, but a workshop is never going to be perfectly clean. We like the pace of life here. It’s steady and we have a good routine that keeps the business going without too much fuss. Most of our day is spent at the bench, just working through the projects one by one until they are finished.
