Rajratan Wooden Industries

Being located in the GIDC area of Vithal means there is always noise and dust around us. At Rajratan Wooden Industries, we’ve been working out of this space at 8/A-3 for a long time now. The shed gets pretty warm in the summer, especially when all the machines are running at the same time. We mostly deal with raw wood and making different types of parts for other businesses nearby. It’s a lot of physical work, lifting heavy planks and making sure the cuts are right. We aren't a big corporate office with air conditioning. We have saw blades, piles of sawdust, and a few guys who have been with us since the beginning. Migweld is right behind us, so there is always some kind of industrial activity happening. Most days start early before the sun gets too high, just so we can get the heavy cutting done while it's still cool. Our paperwork is mostly kept in a small cabin near the entrance where it's a bit quieter. Sometimes customers come by to check on their orders, and we just show them what’s on the floor. It is a straightforward operation here. We don’t have a marketing team or anything like that. If people need wood work done, they usually find us through someone else in the industrial estate. We just focus on getting the orders loaded onto the trucks and out the gate on time.
