Aavo Food Court Llp

We are out on Vasad Road in Borsad. It's a pretty busy road with a lot of people passing through Anand. The food court is basically a place where people can stop while they are traveling. We have a few different things to eat, nothing too complicated or fancy. The building is simple and easy to spot from the road if you are looking for it. Most days start around dawn when we begin prepping the kitchen areas for the day. We see a lot of truck drivers and families on road trips passing through. It gets really crowded on the weekends especially. The parking area outside can get a bit dusty when it hasn't rained in a while. We spend a lot of time sweeping that up so it doesn't get inside. Inside, we have tables and chairs that are old but sturdy enough. My brother handles a lot of the vendor stuff and I mostly look after the daily operations and making sure the trash is taken out. It isn't a five-star place, just a decent spot to grab a bite and sit down for a minute. The lighting inside is a bit bright, but it helps when we are cleaning late at night after everyone has left. We try to keep the water coolers filled up because people are always thirsty. It's hard work running a food court but we like being part of the Borsad community.
