Kuisines Live Kitchen

We are set up at number 11 in the Embassy Building. It’s right there on the Mota Bazar Cross Road in Anand. Being near Vallabh Vidhyanagar means we get a lot of students and young people coming in all the time. Our setup is a live kitchen, so there’s no wall between us and the people eating. You can see everything we are doing. We think that’s a bit more honest than hiding away in the back. We aren't trying to be some high-end establishment. We’re just a local kitchen trying to make good food for the neighborhood. It gets pretty loud and busy around the cross road, especially in the evenings. We’ve got a small team and we all know each other well. Sometimes things get a bit messy when we’re in the middle of a rush, but that’s just how a real kitchen works. We don’t use any of those fancy marketing phrases to describe ourselves. We just tell people where we are and what we’re cooking today. The Embassy Building is easy to find if you’re familiar with the Mota Bazar area. We’ve been here long enough that most of the shopkeepers around here know us by name. It’s a straightforward business. We show up, prep the ingredients, and start cooking when the first customer walks in. That’s our day, every single day, and we’re fine with that. We don't have a corporate office, just our kitchen space and our customers.
