Zam Zam Fry Center

This shop is located near the Masjid in Bhalej, right where Dakor Road meets Chaklasi Cross Road. We have been frying things here for quite a while now. It is a small setup, mostly centered around the large frying pans we use every day. People in Anand know this corner well. Most of our customers come by in the evening when they want something hot and crispy to eat. The oil is always bubbling in the pans. It gets very hot near the counter, especially during the summer months. We do not have a lot of space for sitting, so many people just stand around or take their orders to go in paper bags. The noise from the cross road is always there. We use local ingredients and try to keep things simple. There is no complicated process. We just prepare the items, fry them, and serve them while they are still steaming. Sometimes the line gets long and people have to wait a bit for their turn. We try to work fast to keep things moving. My family helps out with the prep work in the back. It is a lot of chopping and marinating before the doors even open. We don't really have a website or anything like that. People just know where we are. The sign outside is a bit faded now but everyone recognizes the spot. It is just a regular local fry center where you get what you see.
