We are based at WT-168 in Basti Sheikh, near the Kot Bazar area. This is a very old part of the city and the streets are quite narrow and winding. You can see a lot of history in the buildings around here. Our office is right in the middle of all that daily buzz. We do export work, which means we spend a lot of time looking at schedules and talking to people at the ports. The bazar is always full of people buying and selling things, so it feels very lively. Sometimes it is hard for bigger vehicles to get close to us because the lanes are so tight. We have been in this spot for some time and we know almost everyone on the block. It’s a very local feel here. We don't have a big fancy lobby or a receptionist. Usually, whoever is closest to the door just answers it. The walls inside are painted a simple white and we have some old wooden desks that have seen better days. We do a lot of our work on some laptops and we keep a lot of physical files too. It gets a bit cluttered sometimes but we know where everything is. The winters are nice here but the monsoon can make the streets a bit messy. We just keep our heads down and do the work that needs doing. It is a simple life and we like being part of this neighborhood.
