Steel India & Co.

Being out here on the Ambala Amritsar Road means we see a lot of trucks and people passing by our door every single day. Steel India & Co. is situated right near J.P. Hospital, so it is a landmark most local folks recognize when they are trying to find where we are. The road is always loud with the sound of traffic, but you get used to that after a while. We spend most of our hours just managing the yard and dealing with the loads that come in and go out. It is a lot of heavy lifting and making sure the counts are right on the paperwork. Nothing about this place is polished or fancy; it is just a working site with plenty of metal and some dirt on the floor. We do not have a big corporate team, just a few of us making sure things move along as they should. Sometimes the weather makes it a bit tough, especially when it rains hard on the road, but the work does not really stop for that. We have been at this spot for quite a bit now, and people know they can find us easily by the hospital. The office is very small and usually has some papers flying around when the fan is on. We do not spend much time on decorations or trying to look professional. Most of the time, it is just about making sure the delivery trucks can get in and out without too much trouble.
