Hukam Singh Road is a fairly standard street, and we are at number 137. It’s a decent-sized building, nothing too flashy on the outside. We’ve been operating out of this location for a while now. The street gets its fair share of traffic, but it’s not as crazy as the main markets in the center of town. Inside, it’s mostly just us and the paperwork. We deal with the impex side of things, so there is always a stack of documents on the desk needing attention. We don’t have a big staff, just a few of us making sure everything runs okay. The office has that old-school feel with heavy wooden desks and filing cabinets that have seen better days. Usually, the morning is spent catching up on what happened overnight with the shipments. We don’t bother with corporate talk or fancy presentations. If someone calls, we just tell them what the situation is. There’s a small park nearby where it’s nice to walk during the lunch break if the weather isn't too hot or raining. Most of our neighbors are either other small offices or families living in the upper floors of the buildings. It’s a quiet enough place to get the work done without too many distractions. We keep the tea kettle going pretty much all day long. It's just a regular day-to-day business where we try to stay on top of our lists every single week.
