Liberty International Import Export Co. is based at No. 67 Lawrence Road. If you know the area, you know Lawrence Road gets quite busy with all the traffic. Our building is right in the middle of it. We spend our days managing imports and exports, which means a lot of time spent on the phone and looking at spreadsheets. It is a straightforward business, really. We do not have any flashy signs or a big marketing budget. We just focus on the logistics of moving products from one place to another. The office is a bit crowded because we have a lot of samples and paperwork lying around. We have been at this location for a good number of years and have seen the neighborhood change quite a bit. It is a practical spot for us because it is easy for the drivers to find. Sometimes the tea break is the best part of the afternoon when we all just sit around and talk for a few minutes. We are not a giant corporation, just a bunch of people who know how to handle customs and shipping lines. We try to keep things simple and honest. If a shipment is delayed, we just tell it like it is and try to fix it. That is how we run things here at No. 67 Lawrence Road. We are just a local business doing our thing day by day.
