Sai Computers

We’ve been running this small shop on Ranjit Avenue in Amritsar for quite some time now. It is not a very big place, just enough room for a few workbenches and some shelves for parts. People in the neighborhood know us mainly for fixing laptops and desktops when they start acting slow or just won't turn on at all. We spend most of our day surrounded by tangled wires and open computer cases. It gets a bit dusty in here with all the fans running, but that is just part of the job. We don’t have a fancy reception area or anyone wearing a suit. Usually, it is just us in our regular clothes, drinking tea and trying to figure out why a motherboard has fried. Sometimes customers come in just to ask a quick question about a software update or a broken mouse. We try to help out everyone who walks through the door. If a repair is going to take a few days because we need to order a specific part from another city, we just say so. There is no point in making promises we cannot keep. The street outside can get pretty noisy with all the traffic, but we are used to it by now. It’s a simple life here in Amritsar, just keeping things running for the folks who live around Ranjit Avenue.
